Why Abortion Is Wrong
How would you feel, if you were the innocent baby in that mother’s womb, who would be killed by someone else’s decision, without any say so? Millions of babies go through this worldwide each year. Abortion is wrong for many reasons. For example, abortion is murder, abortion is unsafe and painful for both the mother and baby, and abortions reduce the number of adoptable babies. The killing of an innocent human being is wrong. Abortion is a sustainable subject in society and should not be legal.

One of the obvious reasons abortion is wrong is the fact that it is murder. The Bible does not point out differences between a fetus and a baby. God knows of you before you are even thought of by your parents. By the time a baby is conceived he or she is already known by god. The ten commandments were written in order to guide the human race to do no wrong. One of the commandments states “ You shall not murder”. Abortion

“Out of the 42 million abortions yearly, about 68,000 women will die of unsafe abortions and 5 million will suffer with health complications”(medreviews.com). Why would you take your baby’s life and risk yours as well? Many abortions have the mother doing actions like drinking bleach or inserting things inside her body to kill the baby. While this solves the mother’s problem, it also risks her life by causing poisoning or internal bleeding. “The main causes of death from unsafe abortions are hemorrhage, infection, sepsis, and genital trauma”(medreviews.com). Many abortions are done by women who have other children and either can’t afford another child or don’t want another child. If they perform an unsafe abortion, it increases their chances of complications. “Deaths of mothers leave 220,000 children motherless”(medreviews.com). This number is sad and therefore leaves more children without maternal love. Abortions will always be unsafe to the mother and puts lives at risk every
