Because they have been away for a long time, the wife could break away from the cop. The cop could come depressed and commit suicide. Suicide is a serious thing that we need to take care of. Another reason that the Rates are so high is that when cops that leave the force, they have a hard time getting into a new job. If we do not take care of the problem it can only get worse.

Because a cop that spends a lot of time at work, they do not have the time for family. You can miss family dinner, holidays, and special events. Family means a lot to officers but with all the paper work and the overnight shifts and long hours, you don’t get much family time. And that can lead to divorce. Kids can be effected by a divorce because they can think it’s their fault when it is not and they could go into depression. But not only the kid be depressed but the officer will be depressed as well. And if the officer is depressed, his work ethics won’t be good at all and this could get him killed or another officer killed or someone he is trying to help. This could also get him to commit suicide. This would hurt the kid more then he knows. This is the last thing that we need, cops dying. If the community would just get along, people’s lives wouldn’t be at risk every day. If people would just understand the fact that the police are here to help and not here to give us tickets, this would be a better

Night is a work by Elie Wiesel about his experience with his father in the Nazi Germany concentration camps at Auschwitz and Buchenwald in 1944–1945 (Night book.). Elie became motivated to write this novel because he felt he was obligated to share the gruesome experiences felt by Jews during that time period. Many scholars agree that “Elie Wiesel wrote the book "Night" as a memoir of his experiences as a Jew during the Holocaust. He calls himself a "messenger of the dead among the living" through his literary witness” (Why did Elie Wiesel write the book night?). This proves that he felt responsible to address this experience and make certain that the genocide that stripped him of his identity and childhood…

Another Huge problem that Police departments are facing right now is crime, and crime rates, especially in big cities. Lately Crime rates have been going up in cities like Chicago, and New York and more and more deaths are being counted for. The cause of this is more gang related issues and gun related issues, like I said before gun issues are causing the crime rates to go up, when people like gangs can now get there hands on a gun with a gun permit, they just roam free around the city and start committing crimes like murder, just because they can and they have the tools to do so. Also more gangs are being started and when there are more gangs there are more crimes being committed, and all that is doing is…

The suicide rate of border patrol agents has strongly increased since 2004. The two authors mainly discuss what are the reasons of those suicides that committed by border patrol officers. First, they believe that with all of the improvement on the border security system, it makes the job of border patrolling from thrilling down to boring. Second, they suppose that having sympathy and feel bad toward to the innocent immigrant is a lot stressful for the agents. Finally, they think that seeing and dealing with violence on a daily basis also make the agents suicidal. All of these causes are real life factors that border patrol agents have to deal with everyday. They create an enormous amount of stress on the agents. Another fact is that about a quarter of the people killed due to police violence were identified as mentally ill by either police or family members. People of all ages have been shot and killed throughout each of the 50 states with the youngest recorded being 16. A very shocking statistic is that around 98% of the events ended up with the police officer not being charged with a crime. There are many interesting solutions to fixing the shootings happening all around such as having a second gun that would only have rubber bullets which has enough power to damage a person and might have enough stopping power or to replace all bullets with rubber bullets. Replacing bullets with rubber bullets might work well against unarmed victims but if the police were actually in danger the rubber bullets might end up costing them their lives. A surprising trend that I was able to find is that if the trend of deaths continues, there could be over one thousand police shootings in 2016…

In today’s world, people have found different ways of dealing with their problem. For example, one of the ways they have dealt with problems is by turning to both alcohol and drugs. Some people even look out suicide as a way out. The main reasons why people turn to a substance like drugs and alcohol is because they feel lonely, depressed, and they try to escape reality. When a person feels depressed, the only way he or she can cure that empty gap is by filling it with drugs and alcohol. Instead of turning to a loved one, they rather be alone and deal with their pain by using drugs and alcohol. Ernest Hemingway has written a short story that has all thinking. The short story, Hills like White Elephants can have many different viewpoints and they all seem to make sense! Hills like White Elephants is about an American man and a girl waiting at a train station that will take them to Madrid. They are drinking beer and tasting Anis del Toro, a type of drink while they are having a discussion.…
