They should let Europe solve their own problems and make their own decisions. The U.S. was being hypocritical. They want people and other countries to stay out of their business but yet they got into theirs. If we don’t want other people in our business then we need to set the example and not get in other countries' business and they won’t get in ours. America had no reason to be in Europe. They publically speak about not wanting anything to do with Europe, yet decided to join the side that caused the war. Now they think they’re great because they joined the fight in 1917 when there wasn’t any difficulty fighting at that time.
There are also people who believe that it was very necessary and more damage would have been done if they hadn’t joined world war one.
(Source F)Due to the fact that Germany could not accept America’s neutrality of the war, it was necessary for them to enter the war; it is believed that it was a smart decision because of the disrespect given from Germany. Germany also had much more advanced weaponry and such available o=to them. Some believe that many benefits could have come out of joining the war. So without joining the war the improvements of warfare weapons could not have been done.
