One reason why Hitler went to war was to regain the Honor of Germany which he thought they had lost after their defeat in World War 1. Hitler believed that Germany never lost World War 1 and that the Jews were too blame for the loss but really Hitler used the Jews as a scapegoat for a reason to start another war and regain the strength of Germany. The Jews were never really to blame for the loss of World War 1 it was the bad management of the German army and insufficient funds to carry on with the war, Hitler knew this but he also knew that the blaming of the Jews for Germany’s current economic state and the Loss of the Great War.
Another reason he went to war was because he believed in Order for Germany to become strong again they needed more Lebensraum which means more territory/living space, because after World War 1 Germany was suffering terribly economically they had virtually no money and they had reparations to pay to France and other countries that they had affected severally but they had to pay France over 6.6 million pounds which was equivalent to 33 billion USD and Hitler knew that Germany didn’t have this sort of money and it would be years before they could eventually pay it off. But capturing more territories could improves Germany’s economic state by taking advantage of their captured territories resources, and produce more resources and restore Germany’s once successful economy. Hitler also knew that if he had the complete support of the German people and the army his ‘plan’ for world domination might succeed along with his attempt at making the Aryan race. He greatly relied on having the backing and support of their German people without them Hitler wouldn’t have Ammunition, Tanks, armed weaponry to cause destruction to the territories he searched to destroy.
