When Napoleon became the leader of the farm he wanted everyone to work harder, he also did not make everything equal for all the animals the pigs were given more food. Most of the changes Napoleon made happened after the expulsion of Snowball.
Napoleon blames most of his wrong doings or the changes he makes on Snowball now that he is gone. One of the changes he made was stopping the Sunday meetings and most of the commandments the animals had wrote before the rebellion were either changed or abolished, like the fourth commandment no animal shall drink alcohol or the seventh commandment all animals are equal .(pg. 21) The more changes Napoleon made the more the animals started to not really work and were to busy having fun or getting in fights with each other. As time went on more and more animals were dying because of theses changes Napoleon was making , like no food for the hens or confessing your sins and being put to death. He was making all of these changes to build the farm the way he wanted the farm to be ran and he wanted him to be the ruler of the farm. Napoleon's leadership corrupted because he did not want to be equal with all the other animals he wanted everything to go his way and he did not really care about all the other animals now.
By the end of the book there are really no rules every animal just does what they want. They do not really seem to care how is working to much or too less it all just very happy in the end. I believe that Napoleon's Leadership corrupting lead to a good cause for the farm and everyone was happy in the end.
