Some of the children get denied from public places and or private places from the background of their parents. Celebrities who have children or the child is a celebrity, I believe they have it rough. Children who are under the spotlight have it rough because they cannot go out to and park or their favorite little dinner they loved going to before becoming famous without fans or paparazzi following their every move. They cannot go swimming or even go to an amusement park without having to buy it for a day. Although there are high perks of being famous because you have a lot of people that know you and like you.

In the article “The Impact Celebrities Have On Our Lives”, Deborah King explains that celebrities can both positive and negative impact on people, and I agree because some celebrities are bad influences to us most especially younger people, but other celebrities are good role models and bring a positive impact on people. Often times on celebrity news shows, they talk about bad things that celebrities have done like cheating on someone else, or even worse like doing drugs or assaulting someone, but I have also seen celebrities being good role models when they donate the money they win on some game show to a charity of their choice or by raising awareness for something like bullying. This demonstrates that some of your favorite celebrities may…

Celebrities can’t walk a block down the street without being recognized or tracked by the paparazzi. And most celebrities, if you ask them, will admit that they can’t stand it, but there’s nothing that they can do about it. Their every move is being photographed so they don’t have much say in what gets said about them in tabloids. Their image depends on what the press decides to publish about them. But I believe that they have some control over their perception because they can control what they do, say, and post on social media.…

An individual’s mental health is just as important as an individual’s physical health. The paparazzi’s ruthless acts can really hurt one’s image, which can also cause the figure to become mentally distraught and physically hurt themselves. Being in the spot light all the time through the media is a lot of pressure for children and adult celebrities. So much pressure that it can cause psychological issues. A great example of this can be shown through the actor Lindsay Lohan. Growing up as a child Lindsay shined as a star in many popular movies and a fashion model at age three. As she continued to grow as an actor and person more pressure was brought into Lindsey’s life. Lindsay…

My topic focuses on societal pressures on celebrities and people. While research may confirm that both celebrities and people have the same problems, you can’t help but notice that celebrities are more judged. This is a highly controversial topic because we are so quick to judge someone based on their actions without really knowing them. While some people think celebrities are a bad influence some still think they can also have some benefits to the community. People and celebrities go through some of the same problems, the only difference is celebrities have no privacy in their personal lives and they are put on a higher pedestal. However, we may never know if the high pressures of society will ever change and be more open minded before judging people based on their outside appearance and mistakes.…
