Lewis and Clark
Lewis was born on Virginia VA on August 18, 1774.Clark was born in Lady Smith, Virginia VA on August 1, 1770.Lewis parents are Lucy Meriwether and William Lewis his siblings are Mary Garland Marks,Jane Lewis, John Hastings Marks,Lueinda Lewis, and Reuben Lewis.Clarks mom and dad are John Clark and Ann Rogers Clark his siblings are George Rogers Clark,Edmund Clark,Fyance Clark,Lucy Clark, and Elizabeth Clark Anderson.The most important thing of the Lewis and Clark Expedition was found on waterway to the Pacific Ocean.

The Lewis and Clark Expidition left from St.Louis,Missouri in late May 1804 proceeded up the Missouri River until its tributaries ended in the Rocky Mountains crossed the Rockies and down the Colombia River to the Pacific Ocean.Lewis died October 11, Where on Hohenwald,Tennessee,U.S, on 1809,he died because of gunshot wounds,how because of a murdered or suicide.Clark died on September 1,on St.Louis,Missouri on 1838.Clark has been remembered of one of the country's greatest explores.Clark was remembered on the day of his death.

    On the expedition's return, Jefferson asked Lewis to compile their new data into a map. When Lewis died in 1809 with very little of the map finished, the responsibility to finish it fell on Clark's shoulders.
