Why Guns Should Not Be Allowed In Schools
Guns shouldn’t be allowed in schools because it could be dangerous. There are various reasons why they shouldn’t it could cause a lot of violence to a lot of people if it got out of hand in any way. Different people have a different perspective due to if schools should have guns or if they shouldn’t. There are also some campuses that allow guns for safety reasons.
Some people/students have different opinions on guns in school and take surveys to show their opinion. A lot of students know about the gun shootings that have happened before. Some students say that if they have a gun with them they feel safer than they do without one. The US department of education study found that overall homicide rate 0.07 per 100000 students in 1999. 93% of violent crimes that victimize college students occur off campus. 4400 colleges and universities in the United Lozier 2

Gun control has impacted the world plenty of times. 1999-2013 there were 270237 gun suicides in the United States about 52% of all suicides during that year.
