In the early times we had the young boy selling the news paper calling out the news of the day and to create a demand to stimulate buying and in general public. Advertising has been defined by different experts. Some of the quoted definition is: American marketing defined advertising as "any paid form of non personal appearance and promotion of ideas. This would have been great 15 to 20 years ago in today’s age we have internet to sell a job or a given position for candidate weather is for the armed forces or civilian occupations.
In my opinion I believe that a face to face interview is best to pick the proper candidate, only because I like to give scenarios on issues and ask for their opinion on what and how they would handle it given a situation. I also like the show me method and send to the field to see how

My journey starts when I leave Puebla, Mexico eight years ago without knowing a single word in English to being a first generation college student in the United States. My family consists of my mother, two older sisters, my twin brother, and left behind my alcoholic, abusive father. I have been working in the hospitality industry ever since I arrived, from being a dishwasher to becoming front of the house supervisor. Initially without English knowledge or particular skills I had to settle into working in the lowest paid and grueling position in a restaurant, dishwasher. I was able to move up the ladder by taking night English as a Second Language class at City College of San Francisco and working up to ten hours a day every day. Every semester I took ESL classes, went hand in hand with promotions at work or better employment opportunities, to all the way to becoming supervisor of the restaurant. For this reason, I found in education an exit to poverty and a path to mind enrichment.. My proudest achievements are getting a GED, obtaining a high school diploma after completing the transitional studies program and now a 4.0 GPA in my first semester of credit classes, which I took to transfer to a four year university.…

However, I believe that the rewards will out way the negativities.…

As a child I loved playing dress up, I loved going to Tea Parties, and I loved playing with Legos. When I was little I found no problem with doing science experiments on my Barbie’s, or having princesses play Legos; however, as I entered kindergarten and first grade I found those two worlds weren’t supposed to coexist. Girls were supposed to play with girls toys, and boys were to play with boy toys. I decided, that was best and gave up my Lego set to the boy next door and focused on doing girl things. Next came second and third grade, where teachers begin to ask, “What do you want to be when you grow up”? Boys say things like: a military member, a lawyer, an engineer, a fireman, a scientist, a cop, and the list goes on and on. Whereas girls are kept more in a box with only certain professions being traditionally appropriate. I decided, that was correct and that I would be a science teacher so I could still be a part of the scientific world I so thoroughly enjoyed, yet still be traditionally…
