They could choose to jump right into a career that they’re not suitable for, or they can start off in the labor force. They don’t just supply the labor, but they also demand it. Without immigrants tax price would be higher due to more workers. The less people in Canada means higher the price for things, because they don't have the people to work In the industries to produce/supply the products.
