Why Is Mrs. Mattox Sent To Her Compliant?
Mrs. Mattox stated and explained in great detail the following information that led to her compliant. In February, 2016 she met and became involved with Mr. Christopher Neal Morris. According to Mrs. Mattox, she advised that she and Morris engaged in what Mattox described as an “affair.” Mattox continued on to state that she was married yet chose to become involved with Morris while married to her husband. Mattox stated that as the affair progressed, she experienced guilt and remorse and decided to end the affair with Morris. According to Mattox, when she tried to discontinue the relationship with Morris, he began sending her several texts and voicemail messages threatening to expose his and her affair to Mrs. Mattox’s husband.
Reporting Deputy was allowed by Mattox to read through her text messages sent to her by Morris. I read through approximately 150 text messages sent by Morris to Mattox. The content of the text messages were lewd and provocative in nature with exclamations and proclamations of Morris’ love for Mattox. Reporting Deputy did read specific text messages Morris sent to Mattox that stated if Mattox did not devote herself to Morris then he would expose the affair to Mattox’s husband.

Mattox received these messages on a federal government issued iPhone (the iPhone was issued to Mattox by her employer, Warner Robins Air Force base.) Also included in the text message content from Morris to Mattox included Mattox’s repeated requests that Morris cease any and all contact with her. Mrs. Mattox stated that she had a witness to the requests for contact to stop and stated that witness was Ms. Michelle Wilson. Per Mrs. Mattox’s request, I contacted Mr. Morris and identified myself to him. After Mr. Morris acknowledged my position I instructed and advised Morris to immediately cease any and all contact with Mattox or he would be subject to arrest pursuant to OCGA 16-11-39.1. Morris stated that he understood and would not contact Mattox

Robert Singer, made Brittany’s life unbearable at the office by constantly staring at her picture of her in her bathing suit, making inappropriate comments about her chest, taking and altering her bathing suit photo to where she appeared topless, and saving her picture as his screen saver without her permission. She told Robert to stop with the inappropriate comments, told fellow co-workers about the harassment that was taking place, and even went to speak to her supervisor Dwayne about Robert’s inappropriate behavior but nothing seemed to deter him from his harassment. During the conversation that Brittany was having with her supervisor, she was informed by an off-the-collar remark from Dwayne that Robert had harassed a fellow co-worker before and hasn’t seemed to learn his lesson from the previous situation. Her supervisor informed her that he would take care of the matter and speak with Robert. Mr. Craggs likewise presents that what Ms. Thompson advised police was not to redirect doubt far from herself but rather from others and that doing as such isn't an offense under segment 140. Ms. Thompson told police on January fifth there had been a little New Year's Eve party at the home she imparted to Jason MacKenzie on 3 Springhill Road in Dartmouth. Mr. MacKenzie had conveyed more than three companions to welcome in the New Year – Tyler Berry and his sweetheart, Keisha Slawter-Vassell, and Matthew Penney. Ms. Thompson told the examiners Mr. Penney left after 12 pm and she didn't know where he was going. Adnan Syed's Case Study

But, what the defense failed to bring to the court's attention is that on a fax cover sheet discovered by Susan Simpson, AT&T clearly states that incoming call information is not reliable for location of the phone, negating the prosecution's use of it being a tracking device for Adnan. Those AT&T records said Syed’s phone “pinged” a cellphone tower covering the park and nearby areas during calls he received at 7:09 p.m. and 7:16 p.m. on 13 January 1999. The calls were described by Syed’s current attorney as “the pillar of the state’s case” against him. In a court motion filed last August, Syed’s attorney, C Justin Brown, said the disclaimer should have barred prosecutors from using the cellphone records. Brown said the misuse of the records in the face of the “unambiguous warning” on AT&T’s cover sheet – and the failure of Syed’s original lawyer to do anything about this, amounted to prosecutorial misconduct and a denial of Syed’s right to due process. Although this evidence seems crucial to the case, Adnan's lawyer never brought this up at trial, one may think that his lawyer may not bring the evidence to trial is because the state didn’t present them the evidence. Also, in Jay’s interview with Intercept he states that the burial took place at midnight, making any significance the cell records had in placing Adnan near the burial site at seven p.m.…
