First off, Some people think that calling is better than texting. If there is something important that needs to be said some people prefer to call than text. Some people think that it means more if they can hear it rather than read it. Emily Main thinks the same thing as she states in her article "This or That: Talking vs. Texting" at RodaleWellness.com, clearly you can have more meaningful conversations when speaking over the phone than when trading abbreviated text messages.
