Why Is The Constitution Important
What is the constitution? The very thing that gave us freedom from Britain. Which is why it is so important. It was written and signed by representatives of rebel colonies defying the king in hopes of making a new nation one where they will be able to have freedom to speak their mind and write whatever they want. It has lasted thousands of years still letting us have freedom of speech and write what we want. It gives us the right to vote for our own leader to guide us and to make the best choices for our country. It gives women the same rights as men.
What affect does it have on our lives? It affects everything the fact that anyone can walk down the street and say what ever they want. The fact that a women can go out get a job and get paid
