War is a positive impact to the world because it helps create peace.
A lot of people would think that's crazy. It's not. The reason that America is a free is country because of war. Take the Revolutionary War for example. The Revolutionary War was started in the 1700's and the American leader was General George Washington. If General George Washington didn't lead the colonial militia, then the British would have taken over America, and the United States now would be different today. Also, war can be bad. For example, in the Revolutionary War, citizens we killed by the British because of the wars that we're going on in the towns or cities. The Boston Massacre helped cause the wars. Six men were killed by the British because the American citizens didn't like the way the British were invading their land and treating them. Even though back then the British wanted America as their own land, war still happens today. The United States are fighting in Iraq right now, and probably North Korea next. Everyone should agree with this because why does war happen? They happen for a reason in order to bring peace for the people who are unhappy or treated badly. There is always a reason to why war, or anything for that matter,
happens.
War happens for a reason. The Civil War happened to helps slaves have freedom. Martin Luther King Jr. gave a speech for a reason. Freedom. That's why most wars happen. To help the country represented get freedom. Sometimes, it's about land or control. The top two "why wars happen" from MO Jackson at web.stanford.edu said for freedom and power. Everyone should agree with this because it's 94% true. Every person on the Earth doesn't want to go to war, but, to keep the country or their family safe, they will fight in the army, navy, marines, Air Force, or any other teams that fight in war. The people who fight in war want that country to still have the freedom it has instead of having the country surrender and have to have no freedom. No one wants to also be ruled by another country. The other country might treat them with respect, or the freedom the country had will just have disappeared. The reasoning a country goes to war can depend. For example, if a country wants to take out another country, that country will probably travel to that country and ask to work together to take out the other country. What was the reason that the first country to make enemies and try to control that other country? There is always a reason, but soldiers are meant to follow orders. Therefore, the soldiers don't know the reason why they are fighting that other country. People would think that the general would tell their team why they had to risk their lives and fight for that country. Even though this makes war sound bad, but believing it is true. The final reason that war is good is because of the leadership that comes with it. Back in the 1700's, General George Washington lead his army to victory and after that, by everyone else, he became president. He started our president chain of good leaders. Being a general means you have to have courage, bravery, and most important, a good leader. A good leader always becomes a role model for the younger kids. Soldiers represent their country, making them leaders for that country. That may sound crazy because aren't the Generals suppose to be the leaders? No because every person in the world can be a leader. A leader is a role model and role models can be good or bad. That is the same thing as war.
War can be bad depending on the reasoning and leadership, but war can also be good. Leadership, reasoning, and the outcome of war are the top three reasons of positive and negative impacts of war. Everyone who reads this should have changed their minds about war is bad to be war is good. Even though deaths may occur, the life that citizens live now are because of the wars that have occurred. This paper hopefully will reach out to everyone telling them that the soldiers who fight for that country, have courage to stand up to other armies, have the leadership to lead the other teams into battle positions, and to know the reasoning behind this war. To conclude this, ask this to anyone, "Is war really as bad as you think, or is there a rumor going around that everyone believes?"
