The most upsetting changes to employees are insurance and their pay rate. Many people struggle with providing insurance for themselves and their families due to their income, if their jobs do not provide insurance they will not get insurance. Pay rate is another frustration
to employees, we always feel that we deserve to be paid more but our employers either do not want to give us that rate or they do not have the money in order to increase our pay rate.

Yes, because you want whoever is reading your paper to understand what you are what you are trying to say. Ms. Sesay does believe that you should know your audience in order to know the way you should communicate and so that they are able to understand what you are saying.
