Why Pandas Are Horrible And Expensive Animals
Pandas are terrible and expensive animals for many different reasons. The first problem with having pandas have a really hard time breeding which is making them become an endangered animal. The seconded problem with pandas is that what they eat and how expensive it is to feed them a year it is also extremely expensive to keep them in a zoo. The last problem with pandas that it really isn’t worth peoples time and money to take care of them and try to reintroduce them into the wild. Timothy Lavin suggested that he hates pandas and we should too I agree with him.

Maria Cook is a writer that has written for green matters said “Pandas' digestive systems can't properly digest anything else. Because bamboo shoots and leaves don't contain many nutrients, pandas also must consume vast quantities of it – around 20 to 40 pounds a day.”. This suggest that pandas can’t just move somewhere else and eat grass and leaves to survive they need the nutrition they get from eating a lot of bam boo to survive. Another reason why pandas are becoming extinct is that people are killing any wild panda because their fur is worth a lot of money. This information is backed up by Cook who said that “Panda skins and pelts can fetch poacher’s hefty sums of money on the black market.” People constantly killing pandas is just making the total amount of pandas left on earth smaller and smaller every day to the point that theirs not going to going to be anymore pandas …show more content…
Lavin said “The Chinese government-spares no expense on them. That includes funding the Hetaoping Research and conservation center for the giant panda… All that money is better spent on preserving diverse habitats rather than on a single hopeless species”. I Agree with him Instead of wasting all of that money on pandas that are going to go extinct they should spend that money on their government and making their country better. Pandas aren’t helping the earth in anyway so why we are spending so much money and time on them if their useless and helpless. People have tried to help pandas but its really hard when they only breed a few times a year and the only thing they can eat is bam

The main connection between "Endangered Pandas" and "Saving the Panda through Ecotourism" is about how pandas help the economy, how they help grow more bamboo, and how they are endangered. The first passage explains how mush it weighs, how much it can eat per day, and how lazy they are. Also, when a panda eats it is helping the environment as well. While the pandas eat, they spread bamboo seeds along the ground. The seeds help more bamboo trees grow, so the panda will not run out.…

Should the government help save the pandas, I say yes. My research shows that the panda population has increased a lot, since the government started to help. Next, from 1996 to 2006 the population increased from 1,000 pandas to 1,600 pandas because of the government helping out that is a lot of pandas (Doc 1). Second, currently there are about 2,000 pandas in the wild (OI). Third, the reason the pandas are dying is the bamboo is decreasing and 99% of the panda diet is bamboo (Doc 4). In my own words the pandas population is becoming less endangered. Lastly my evidence has stated that the pandas are doing better with the government then they were without . The government has helped the pandas a lot, so they should keep it…

This paper will discuss the pandas’ ecology, subdivided into categories of their diet, habitat and behavior, how humans first developed a relationship with the pandas, leading into the reasons that caused the pandas to become enlisted under the endangered species list, and conclude with human developments that help the giant pandas survive.…

In this poem "One Art" by Elizabeth Bishop what literally occurs is that the speaker proposes that some things are essentially intended to be lost and that losing them should not be taken so seriously. She claims that we become accustomed to loss by working with little things like "door keys" or "the hour badly spent" (line 5), so that when considerable losses happen we will be prepared for it. Also, as the poem progresses it shifts to more significant losses.…
