Who was the most significant Renaissance artist? I believe Leonardo da Vinci was the most significant Renaissance artist. I believe that he is the most significant artist because he made paintings and inventions that were so famous they got known almost worldwide.
Leonardo da Vinci was born on April 15, 14 1452. He began as an artist very young. According to Leonardo’s biography he was 14 when he began working for the famous artist, Verrocchio. He was the youngest artist to get education for humanism. In the leonardo DBQ, Leonardo was also working with other famous artists. When he was just 20 years old, Leonardo da Vinci became a mastered artist. Sometimes some of his painting represented his life in Leonardo’s biography. He built statues and inventions as well as painting. He shows public worth, such as streets,buildings, sculpting and modeling.
During his professional life, Leonardo made sculptures for kings or kingdoms. He created a silver lyre in the shape of a horse head which was sent to the famous Milan.
