Why Would I Chose Impose Beccause Land?
I would not sell the 400 acres to someone else beccause land is important to own for many reasons. One reason is because the land is a family owned property. Another reason is because If I sell my property, then I would have to become a sharecropper. The final reason I wouldn’t sell is because a lot of good things are going to happen in the future. That is why I wouldn’t have sold my property.

The first reason I would not sell is because the land was family owned for years and a lot of work has been put into that land. For example, in document A, paragraph 4, papa says “Look out there, Cassie girl. All that belongs to you.” Another example is from document C, paragraph 1, it says “I can still see my Paul Edward’s face the day Mr.

To determine whether a person has “possession” of a property the court considers four factors: (1) whether the buyer exercises control over the property adverse to the seller; (2) whether the buyer has an exclusive right to control the property; (3) whether the buyer pays for taxes and improvements, and; (4) whether the both parties publically acknowledges the transfer. Dawson v. Tumlinson, 242 S.W.2d 191 (Tex. 1951); Johnson v. Bridgewater, 140 S.W.2d 282 (Tex. Civ. App. 1940, writ dismissed); Sharp v. Stacy, 535 S.W.2d 345 (Tex. 1976); Thorton v. Central Loan Co., 164 S.W.2d 248 (Tex. Civ. App. 1942, writ refused). The court does not consider who occupies the property. Sharp, 535 S.W.2d at 348. PART B: Historically, owning a piece of land meant that you would own everything above and below the soil, reaching from the ‘heavens’ themselves down to the deepest core of the Earth. The popular maxim "Cuius est solum, eius est usque ad coelum et ad inferos” which translates to “the person who owns the land owns it from the heavens above to the centre of the earth below. This has been considered within the legal world as a traditional starting point of property law and shapes what is understood about property law in our modern society. The legal definition of "land" continues to include earth and airspace as well as including the actual surface of the ground. “In the absence of any express or implied limitation of rights, an owner of land,…

I, am writing this letter which is agreed upon by my siblings Paul Ray Davidson and Debbie Bohannon as evidence by all three of our signatures at the end of this letter. The purpose of this letter is to seek the courts approval for the sale of my father, Paul Junior Davidson’s house located at 1125 Northway Drive, Semmes, Alabama. There is a buyer for the home, should your approval be granted, for fair market value. Should you grant the sale of the home in Alabama, the proceeds would then immediately be used to purchase a house which is under contingent contract here in Texas. The house in Texas is at 1207 Bayou Glen Drive, La Porte, Texas and is further described as an updated, single story, single-family brick and veneer house consisting of two bedrooms, one bathroom (which has handicapped accessible shower), kitchen and living room. We feel that it not only in the best interest of both of our parents to be here in Texas, it is really even a matter of their well-being for their remaining years. The following paragraphs will document, in detail, just some of the facts that we base our beliefs on.…

The Cowboy Era came about through the herding of cattles. Cowboys were the image of courageous, spirited horsemen living a dangerous life. These men played an important role in the settling of the west. Ranching was a big industry and cowboys helped to run the ranches. They herded cattle, repaired fences and buildings, and took care of the horses. The days of the open range were over. From the late nineteenth century cattle were kept on enclosed ranches and farmed in much smaller quantities. The invention of the barbed wire meant that large areas could be fenced properly. Cattles were now enclosed on ranches and no longer roamed the plains. As a result, cowboys were no longer…

The only role and purpose of the acquired land is for it to be exclusively utilized for public uses, it cannot be utilized for means of producing tax revenues, additional jobs, and/or economic development benefits, giving an increased monetary advantage to the public agency. Kitchens (2014) explained that given the potential to expand and abuse eminent domain, it is of extreme importance to understand the refusing decision of the private owner, in instance waiting for the role of courts, and the outcomes of individuals taken to court. If a private owner had over a thousand dollars in holdouts then such proprietor was more likely to do for every thousand dollars debt. In other words, when someone has a considerable amount of the debt, the owner would preferably go to court and let the judge decide as to how much he/she is entitled to for the value of the owned land, instead of simply accepting the compensation that is being offered. Another fact in holding the selling of the property is related as to how many years the property owner has lived on the requiring land. The use of eminent domain for development and growth is significantly linked to controversies and complicated debates on economic development. One case where the taking of someone’s land turned into an issue of economic development was…
