Why I Want a Work from Home Job
I am frequently described as enterprising, assertive, aggressive, determined and goal oriented. I like to find creative ways to reach my personal and work objectives and I am self-evaluative of my own performance. Given an aim, objective or requirement, I am able to develop a plan, manage my time and focus my efforts on a daily basis to reach goals. Being a self-manager comes very naturally to me and these skills have been refined through formal training and on-the-job experience.

I am motivated primarily by a genuine concern for the well-being and needs of others. My demeanor is generally calm, steady, unhurried, predictable, stable and cooperative. Given the opportunity to focus my efforts on the achievement of some meaningful and perhaps demanding, long term 'people-oriented' goals, I become a very loyal, dependable and dedicated member of the team. My motivational pattern produces the best performance in positions requiring ongoing commitment to goals in which I feel have real merit in alleviating the distress or adding to the quality of life of the people who receive the results of those efforts.
I can function effectively in a group or in a solo setting which is well organized but allows me leeway for individual initiative. I look for opportunities to further develop and apply my self-management skills through training, time management and activity planning. I thrive in positions that incorporate a combination of being a team player as well as an opportunity to be independent as I find it both interesting and profitable from time to time to exercise my own initiative.
I enjoy employment that provides lots of people contact on a daily basis. A job with a great deal of person to person interaction and public relations opportunities would be ideal for

Why are some people highly motivated than others? I think about this question often because I have some coworkers that are driven like myself whereas others lack ambition. I specifically chose articles that focused on psychological needs and individual differences within an organization because I wanted to understand the motives behind my behavior as well as the behavior of coworkers. In addition to this, I wanted to understand and know from a manager's perspective on how to shape a worker's attitude to enhance job satisfaction. Of course, the above statements have puzzled motivational scholars, psychologists, and individuals such as myself for many years, but I will examine these concerns in this paper.…

The paper further explores the effect of such personality trait, and the motivational aspect in a group setting.…

    • Motivational I feel I possess very good interpersonal skills that benefit my team greatly. I firmly believe that this strength is extremely important to forge a strong team and a unity within that increases productivity and also job satisfaction. Performance monitoring is a key element to coordination along with production/completion targets and it is easy to jump on someone’s back about underperformance, albeit necessary. On the flip side however I personally believe that it is equally, if not more, important to compliment and give praise when things are done correctly and positively.
