“Without integrity and honor, having everything means nothing.” Robin Sharma’s quote means that by not possessing integrity, everything anyone does has no meaning or worth. Civility and integrity bring a notion of peace and emotional well-being in a society. Civility engages people to become active in their community. It motivates people to vote, and speak their mind around a civil environment. Integrity ensures that a person will do the right thing, even if no one is looking. These traits keep society in order, and not chaotic.

Civility promotes equality, and respect towards others. In other words, without civility relationships with others would not be a strong as they are. To make friends, one has to be civil, and polite. Civility is crucial
