This Lease Agreement is made and entered into at Dhaka, Bangladesh on this the 17th day of April 2014.
BETWEEN
Contemporary Heights Hotels & Service Apartment represented by Hossain Md. Shamim located at ” Plot -21, Road-1/A, Baridhara J Block, Dhaka-1206, Bangladesh, hereinafter called “THE Lessor” (which expression shall mean his heirs, successors, executors, administrators, legal representative, nominees and assigns) of the ONE PART.
AND
General Electric International Inc. address located at Office Space No.802, Level 8, SPL Western Tower, 186 Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka 1208. Hereinafter called “THE LESSEE” (which expression shall mean his heirs, successors, executors, administrators, legal representatives, nominees and assigns) of the OTHER PART.
Whereas, the first part is the LESSOR of the premises located at Plot -21, Road-1/A, Baridhara J Block, Dhaka-1206 Bangladesh hereby leases the premises in a fully furnished condition mentioned and the Lessee has agreed to take on lease the aforesaid apartment with all its fittings and fixtures herein after referred to as demised premises for a period of 6 (six) months` on the terms and conditions set forth herein below-
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Lease of the Demised Premises: The demised premises are leased to the Lessee in consideration of the terms, conditions and agreements, on a monthly rental of BDT-72,000 (Seventy Two Thousand taka) only for Double Occupancy (maximum) including Service charge, gas, cable, housekeeping, internet, and electricity to the hotel service apartment payable by the Lessee for a term of 6 (Six) months` commencing from 17th April 2014 and ending on 16th October 2014.
2. Mode of Payment: The Lessee shall pay the rent of the apartment on or before the 10th day of each month.
3. Security Deposit: It is agreed mutually between both the parties that there would be no security deposit payment.
