I am writing to you with regard to XXXXXX, who has requested that I write a letter of recommendation on his behalf. XXXX and I discussed his recent decision to pursue graduate studies through your university. I am confident that XXX will truly justify the potential that we all know he has in order to take his skills to the next level.
At XXXX we continually recognize and encourage employees who seek more than a career. Employees who work relentlessly towards excellence and are geared up for any challenges to make their mark in all spheres. There is also a great need for these individuals to remain focused on the “big picture” and lead the company toward its goals. I have closely watched XXXXX develop into a fine leader during last two years that he is been working with XXXX in “Corporate Research and Engineering”. He has the right kind of attitude, motivation and dedication to be successful in this business.
