It is important that we work in an integrated way with other agencies because it helps promote children's development and other life skills. When working with children it is also vital that you integrate them successfully by welcoming them and making sure that they know you're accepting them in your establishment. Also working in an integrated way means effective care is offered to the families too.
For example working with other agencies means if there was a blind child they would arrive at a new setting with the correct equipment available for them, with their suitable needs considered.
