Whether you possess your own business, direct a corporate division, or just need to team up with others in order to do your work, one thing is definite: you require to communicate, and communicate well, to excel. We have a climate of openness and trust among the employees at Pop-Cola. The various department heads have regular conversations with the people of their respective departments. I myself have at least one or two constant conversations a month or two with each team member, depending on the size of the group. Having regular conversations goes a long way to set up trust and build healthy and strong associations between me and my employees. The communication between the employees is genuine. Being genuine includes speaking truthfully, being pleasant, saying "no" when you feel like saying "no," or expressing enthusiasm or grief or sympathy when you feel it. But being authentic or genuine does not mean that one can be impolite or deficient in consideration. We have a very good system of feed back prevailing at our workplace. I have personally taken the initiative of going through all the response and reaction of my employees towards various issues prevalent at workplace, and then do everything possible in my power to provide valid solutions (Nair, n.d.)
