Over the years of Britain’s Imperialism, culture, ideas, and innovation traveled through the empire. The Chinese Dynasties, The Romans, The Mongols, The Turks, and of course most of the European nations in the 16th century. All of these nations conquered land and took it to be theirs. Most of them enslaved the native peoples, or slaughtered them all. The British tried to spread their culture, religion, and ways of life to the natives of the land they seized. The Mongols were violent and crazy people that just wanted to wipe out everyone that wasn’t one of them. Sure, the British thought they were better than everyone else, but they didn’t go on killing sprees just because other people weren’t English.
Overall, through the negatives and positives of British Imperialism, I am all for it. Without British Imperialism the world would not be where it is today. Nothing would be the same. Nothing. We also learned from British Imperialism that it is not the way to go about things in the modern world, but I support it because it made the world we know and love
