Please consider my application for the position of news editor that would be available next fall. I have worked as a chief editor at my junior high school previously and have enjoyed the experience. Since I will be joining Cardinal High School as a freshman next year, my English teacher, Mr. Robin Borden, himself having been an editor for his high school newspaper, encouraged me to apply for this position.
I have worked as a news editor for Memorial Jr. Times for two years and, as chief editor, I was heading my team for the past year.
