Xylem Qualified Facility Case Study
Everyone,
This is the year that all of Xylem Qualified Facility (QF) in Canada are due for a renewal of their CSA certification for the repair of explosion proof motor.
Since this is a long process with CSA and everything is under 1 contract (centralized), I need to have answers on the following to start the process:
1. Do we want to keep the existing contractual structure or would it be better to have a decentralized contractual support? (Each branches are responsible for their own certification but with Louis & me providing guidance)
2. Did other branches express the need to become a Qualified Facility certified in Canada for repairs? (This is not the CSA factory certification)
3. Is there any employee to be removed from the list supplied
