Universities are organized with an important problem that the changing mental health of the students. The most mental health problem first appears people between fifteen to twenty-four. However, if do not resolve the problem it will affect, for example, student has emotion and behave problems that many other persons on campus such as roommates, class friends, professor, and member or even dangerous behavior (Eisenberg, 2007). Hence, university student populations are important. And, mental health is associated with substance use, academic performance, employment, and other social outcomes in the life on future. Yoga has two benefits that are protective and curative then presentation the pair of substantial and spiritual advantages. First, Yoga is many types, for example, Hatha yoga that has benefits such as its make people have well-structured of the body. And it help motivate about the muscle like a promotion, creature muscle, well altitude, strong the bone, improve healthiness with balance and wonderful, encouraging systems of the body are effective to carry on it, for instance, the endocrine, digestion, elimination, circulation, breathing, immune. For people that want to weight loss can use this exercise. (Luxmi sharma, 2016) Moreover, The mental advantages like increased body consciousness, reduces chronic stress form in the frame, power up the build by relieving stress, relaxes mental and physical, centers attentiveness, increases the concentration of the memory and independent heart. Some people frequently exercise is appropriate for the frame. One way of exercise that the most powerful to get better you spirit health. The benefits of exercise can help sadness’s people to come back happy life. It can decrease accumulated of the stress, help you sleep better, controls the mood which you receive those just you doing yoga exercise but don not cares more fitness. For example, Columbia University reported a 40% increase in the use of counseling services since 1995; MIT experienced a 50% increase in the use of counseling services between 1995 – 2000; the State University of New York, Purchase reported a 48% increase over the last 3 years; and the University of Cincinnati reported a 55% increase in the number of students seeking counseling over the last 6 years (Berger, 2002; Goetz,2002). 3. Respiratory rate decreases
4. Blood pressure decreases (of special significance for hypo reactors)
5. Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) increases
6. EEG-alpha waves increase (theta, delta and beta waves also increase during various stages of meditation)
7. Cardiovascular efficiency increases
8. Respiratory efficiency increases

    Bikram yoga was developed thirty years ago by Bikram Choudhury, a renowned Hatha Yoga Master. It is a specific yoga practice that is carried out in 105˚ F at 40% humidity for 90 minutes. Some studies and practitioners have suggested that Bikram yoga practice has positive impacts on physical health as well as decreasing stress and anxiety. There were certain inclusion criteria for participation in this study. Age was not an exclusion and participants ranged in age from 18 to over 60 years of age. This study sought to interview active students of Bikram yoga who have been practicing consistently for at least the last eight weeks, at a minimum of three times per week. Students meeting the requirements at the Bikram yoga studios in San Antonio were invited to complete the survey instrument from November 16 through November 26, 2011. Seventy-five students responded to the survey. The results indicated that there are significant positive results from regularly practicing Bikram yoga. Since Bikram yoga encourages students to hold poses in a “hot” room it increases heart rate and acts as a cardiovascular exercise without the high impact normally associated with cardio exercises. The results of the survey instrument yielded over 50% of respondents reporting an answer of “somewhat better” for all of the questions, indicating that most respondents see a benefit in their practice. Additionally, stress and anxiety decreased with over 80% of respondents reporting somewhat to much less anxious and stressed.     We live in an age of anxiety and depression. It is a fact that no one has not contested. This affects all levels of societys among college students especially. Recently, sudents indicate highest increases of these problems.
