Zacharias Research Paper

Zacharias was born around the 1580s, in the The Hague, Netherlands. Records have shown that he was born in 1585 although a date of birth as early as 1580 or as late a 1588. Hans birthdate is unknown, it is believed to be sometime during the 16th century. Hans’s death date was around 1638 and possibly in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Their country of origin is the Netherlands. Zacharias’s education is most likely an apprenticeship with his father Hans Janssen. Zacharias was a spectacle maker. Zacharias was credited with the inventing the first compound microscope but it’s believed his father Hans Janssen had an influence on the design.
