Components of the business and the main products & services

ZAIN BAHRAIN is a leading telecommunications operator which has re-shaped Bahrain’s telecommunications experience with a bold and innovative technological and marketing approach. We entered the Bahrain market in 2003 as the first company to break the telecoms monopoly and today, we offer world-class mobile as well as broadband and fixed-wireless services.
We believe that our success is powered by the ability to interpret leading-edge technology into products and services that make life better and more exciting for our customers. In telecom it’s not the technology that matters, but the way we use it as an enabler to enrich the communication, entertainment, and information experiences of our customers.

Zain have a lots of customer from the public people, Universities, companies and Ministries.

The foundation of our achievements lies in the ability of Zain Bahrain to inspire its employees to deliver the best and most imaginative service at every level. The company is committed to nurturing the finest Bahraini talent and has an energetic and inspired majority-Bahraini workforce. With a strong HR and training program that develops and nurtures leaders in the workplace, we have consistently opened new doors for Bahrainis.

Internal and External Factors affecting business performance.

Having entered Bahrain on the wave of the world’s first nation-wide 3G mobile technology, Zain Bahrain has set many records that have strengthened Bahrain’s reputation as a telecoms hub. More recently, we have renewed our commitment to provide the best service to our customers by flagging off an ambitious $50 million network upgrade that has seen us deploy the region’s first Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology. The LTE will enable Zain Bahrain customers to enjoy faster data downloads and an enhanced customer
