Each employee was dedicated to pursuing the clients’ investment objectives and judiciously managing their portfolios. Thus, they were well known for its commitment and strong relationships with their clients.
Secondly, more than 75% of Zeus investment professional had achieved CFA certificates and MBA degree from high-ranked business schools. Besides, Zeus’s average employee length of service was more than seven years and all investment professionals were seasoned veterans with the average age of 44, implicating that they had witnessed at least three recessions or chaos time in market. Clearly, Zeus had a team of experienced staffs compared to other asset management firms.
