A Hero

A hero in my eyes is someone who is strongly wise, helpful, and caring. My mother portrays all of these wonderful qualities. She is the greatest friend, Mom, and counselor to be around and look up to.

To be a hero you have to be strongly wise.My mom knows how to help me out of tough times by staying strong and using her knowledge to guide me in the right direction. She has gone through so many of life’s obstacles that she knows from experience how to help me. When times get tough a hero never stops, they keep pushing through to stay strong for others. My mother never shows her weakness, she is always positive about everything. She tries her hardest to get others to a better place. All of her kids come to her when we need her wisdom with something, such as schoolwork, friends and relationship drama. A hero is always there for you when you need them most and my mom has never left my side. Being helpful is one of the main characteristics of a good hero. Not only is my mom a hero at home because she is helpful, but also at her church. She serve on the missionary board; so every day she is constantly helping others. She always comes home with stories of how she helped people. One day after a long stressful day at work, cooking dinner, and cleaning up the house, my mom still offered to help me study for a exam the next day. She didn’t complain about being tired at all, she just wanted to make sure I passed the exam. She does this because she loves the satisfaction she gets from helping others and making their lives better. This quality is what makes her a great hero. The final characteristic of a hero is caring for others. They help you, listen to you, and guide you all because they love you. My mother cares for me as well as all of my siblings. She would never let anything bad happen to us and she would do anything for us. Even though I’m not the greatest son at times when I’m being disrespectful or I don’t clean my room, I know she loves me regardless. A hero
