This study is focused on the information of the faculty . This research study is about developing a system that will aid in record keeping and in issuance of records of the faculties. Designed to support large amounts of data and simultaneous access by a number of users. User preferences allow users to permit printing documents or to keep it in electronic format; users also have the facility to update their system preferences, while the system keeps a track of all such changes administered for the records. Through this system the time consumed by the faculties in each department can be reduced. The work done by this system is more efficient. This system will help our faculty to minimize their time and to easily view, edit and save some important details about their department and faculty profile. It will gives easy way of creating new record of the faculties per department. This system offers a complete follow-up on all the faculty records of each respective department. The faculty management information system facilitates recording of all communication details with the faculty for regular follow-up and future use. Each department now have the Automated Faculty Management Information System that will helps them to keep their records easily. With the use of new technology, the information of the faculty transaction will be less time consuming and data recording of information of the faculty will be efficient. This study also help to organized the profile and activities of their department. The users will have the ability to evaluate every faculty member per department. Automated Faculty Management Information System is an information system for education establishments to manage the faculty data. This system continues to develop and improve to meet changing needs within the department and college. This is to cover faculty records alone, to enterprise-wide solutions that aim to cover most aspects of running large multi-campus
