This is a story about a mentally challenged man with the intelligence of a 6-year-old, which is actually the age of his own daughter, who is much smarter than her peers. The two of them lead a happy life while the father makes a living by working as a parking attendant at a local supermarket. But one day, when the police commissioner's young daughter dies in a strange accident, the mentally retarded person is the one who happens to find her. He is falsely accused and sentenced to death for abduction, sexual assault, and murder of a minor. His daughter is sent to a childcare institution and her father gets imprisoned and assigned to Cell No. 7. But when the years pass the daughter of the person who is mentally retarded, became a lawyer and defend that his father didn’t do anything in his case, she succeeded and achieved the justice though his father is not with her anymore.
When I was watching Miracle in cell no. 7 I felt the sadness and happiness. Sadness because the movie shows the discrimination for the person who was mentally retarded, Happiness because it shows the relationship of a father-daughter that will do anything despite of the circumstances
The feeling of having no father by your side is really had, especially to a 6 years old child. There will be many questions in your head. But the role of the child in story is an understanding daughter that she will go to do anything for her father just to be on his side. The movie is a truehearted felt comedy that everyone will like and could make everybody laugh and cry because it really shows the true bond and love of the ill father to his adorable and loving daughter. It shows the positive side of a prison life, and that not all prisoners are gangsters or bad. Everyone has a heart, a good one that is. The story also tells that rankings and positions really does not
