Sequence is a routine of my life, I use it lot weather it is good or bad. I feel the need to follow a plan. I also need to have a clear explanation of what I’m expected to do. At work I am usually the one that needs to write out a plan of how am going to execute it before doing so than follow up with consist review of instruction to make sure accurate. These sometimes becomes very time consuming as I am always needing more time to ensure I get things done right the first time around. Just as the blue card, there are many traits that I co-respond with for the orange card. I am very spontaneous. I tend to make decisions and plans on the go. I tend to do whatever is fun at the time and most times out of many I do not think of the consequences. A good example of this is when I decided a week in advance that I was going to go spend 4 days in New York City. I tend to be a “If it sounds fun lets do it” type of person. Another trait in which I believe I co-respond with is generous. I believe being generous is a large factor in being a good citizen. I give back to my community by…
The fact that my favorite jelly bean is yellow says something about my personality. Firstly, yellows are not usually outspoken. For instance, when my friends and I make plans to hang out I only say something if asked even if I do not like the plans. That is how I act in most if not all situations. Secondly, I have trouble making decisions in a lot of situations. In fact, I spent up to thirty minutes deciding if I wanted to go to a rodeo when my mother asked if I wanted to go. I tend to take as much tie as I can to make decisions I did with the rodeo issue. Thirdly, I attempt to understand why someone thinks the way they do. As an example, my friend mentioned his favorite character in a game was different than mine, so I asked my friend to describe…
Examining my personality, it is immediately apparent that the color that describes me best would have to be of a blue hue. Many aspects of myself, from my quiet nature and mellow outlook on life, to my desire for knowledge and creative drive, are, in my mind, tinted with a cool blue. Out of all of the blue hued Crayola colors, however, I find that I most associate myself with the color periwinkle.…
The amount of melanin in an African American woman’s skin has the power to determine her life outcomes. The color of the black woman’s skin directly and indirectly influences educational achievement, social class and familial outcomes. For example, light skinned black women are more likely to earn more income than dark skinned black women, even when they have the same qualifications (Hunter, 2002, p.188). Additionally, [include one more example].…
