The Industry Conditions Report describes in detail the business environment specific to your simulation including descriptions of what your customers want. You and your competitors have access to an industry newspaper called the
Capstone Courier. The Courier is a complete year-end report on the sensor industry including customer buying patterns, product positioning, manufacturing capacity and public financial information.
The Annual Reports offer expanded information that is available only to your company. There are three reports: A balance sheet, a cash flow statement and an income statement.
You will use the Capstone Spreadsheet to enter departmental decisions. The spreadsheet is available in two versions: Web and Excel.
