Hackers typically follow a five-step approach to seek out and destroy targeted hosts. The first step in performing an attack is to plan the attack by identifying the target and learning as much as possible about it. Hackers usually perform an initial reconnaissance and probing scan to identify IP hosts, open ports, and services enabled on servers and workstations. In this lab, you planned an attack on 172.30.0.0/24 where the VM server farm resides, and used the Zenmap GUI to perform an “Intense Scan” on the targeted IP subnetwork.…
he v-shaped pattern often occurs in the area where a fire originated, so it is possible that the space heater was the fire of origin (tests needs to be run to confirm). The crazed glass (by lab results) indicated that crazing is the result of rapid cooling of hot glass by the application of water. The protected surface shows there was an object on the floor protecting the area, What physical evidence did you find at the victim’s home?…
While reading the article Suicide on Campus and the Pressure of Perfection many parts seemed relatable to things that my fellow classmates and I have talked about before with some of our classes. One bad grade can make it feel like you are going to fail the class and need to drop it. One part of the reading that really jumped out to me was “create adolescents who are ultra-focused on success but don’t know how to fail” (Scelfo, J., Suicide on Campus and the Pressure of Perfection). That statement is very true, not only for adolescents but all ages. I see many people who hate to fail and will suffer greatly to not do so, one of my classmates last semester dropped a class and has to take it over the summer because she thought that she would fail…
This article has shown the truth to everyone. The truth on why it's hard on students to get good grades, why they can turn to the use of alcohol, and why we can become depressed. This…
I think that starting the school day later would greatly benefit the students and teachers. if we started school at about say nine thirty in the morning instead of eight thirty or earlier, that would mean that most students wouldn't need to be awake in the morning till almost seven thirty to eight thirty and some kids could even wake up a little later then that depending on where they live. granite it is proven that high school students only need six to eight hours of sleep each night but there is always that few that never get the six to eight hours of sleep.…
The final plot twist comes at the last two sentences of the story. Here the narrator speaks directly to the reader, giving us information the characters don’t even know. How is this an appropriate conclusion to the story? What final statement is being made about the character?…

Whenever the school season comes around and it’s time to repurchase supplies, my parents always say “back in my day all we needed was a notebook, pencil, and maybe one textbook, with that we made it through the whole school year.” Interesting how the times have changed. In some of today’s modern cases that ‘one pencil,’ is instead being used to defile public property to the point where it becomes banned. Uniforms policies are created. Seems like some students decided to take advantage of the school environment, turn the tides their way and when it fails leave the rest to deal with the consequence. If only teens could be completely shocked into seeing what mistakes they were making, and should they continue where they’ll end up. So they can plan ahead and plan well. And for parents to see that they should be more much more attentive to their children’s education, that they should expect nothing but the best because the best is always within reach if you stretch towards it.…
Q: In the early 20th Century, Professor Edwin Corwin referred to the U.S. Constitution as an "invitation to struggle," which emphasizes the built-in conflicts between the executive and legislative branches as they check-and-balance one another. In the late 19th century, Congress was the dominant institution. In the 20th century, through a Great Depression, two world wars, the Cold War and 9/11, the Presidency was in the dominant institution. Think about this relationship as you study Chapters 13 and 14, then write a brief essay in which you make a case for one of three scenarios -- (1) a balanced relationship, (2) a dominant presidency, or (3) a dominant congress. Which do you find preferable, in general? Why? What are the advantages and disadvantages of your choice? Explain your answer clearly and in detail and offer examples to help your argument.…
The biggest challenge is when you use visuals elements you have to choose the right ones that are related to the subject or the topic you are writing about. It’s very important to choose carefully when using visual elements in manuals because you have to use ones that are specific to explain your points of the topic.…

School is a place where your teachers and peers should always be counting on you and lifting your spirits up, not a place where you are told you will fail. Failure is something that every person encounters in there life, but how they get there defines who they are. Not winning or losing but the path you took and how hard you worked in achieving your goals. If your start with the right foundation and push yourself to the limit, whether you win or lose does not define you as a person, or at least you shouldn’t allow it to, because I certainly don’t. Walking into my class everyday and being told I will not go to college or that I will not succeed can be a real downer, but you can’t let others tell you what you can or cannot do. You must push through people's judgements and not allow it to define you. At the end of the day, how you are as a person defines your future and if that is true, I know that no matter what I put my mind to I can get there in the best way because I work hard, because school and testing does not come easy to me. I have to work for every little thing I do because I am not a machine that can process and memorize information on the first try.…
Why do I come school? I come school to work. Another reason is to learn. Another reason is to have fun.…
You were in high school once. I mean everyone was in high school. High School is a time in our lives where were learning how to mature and get prepared for the real world. And of course you have your occasional high school teenager drama that goes one every day. In high school we are faced with new struggles and challenges each and every day. Some challenges and struggles makes some of us not like high school at all. High school can push you to the limit. But did you high school ever pushed you to the point where you wanted to drop out. I mean we hear about it every day, we see it on the news. Does it ever make you wonder what can make some people not finish high school, drop out, and regret the consequences that come with it? For example not being able to get a decent job without a high school diploma or worse ending up on the streets homeless.…
I believe in school now in days the curriculum kills our creativity. Not the teachers. The teachers are only there to help teach the curriculum. Now in days you can’t write whatever you want any more or do whatever you want any more in school. There is no choice. Its either option “A” or option “B”. Kids growing up in this era will have no imagination because it’s all straight forward stuff. Teacher get mad at you if you doodle on your paper or step out of line in the hall way. Kids won’t want to be creative because they won’t know what creative is. I find that the curriculum is to worried on getting the information to the kids other than letting them find out ways to show the information or talk about it. It’s just all writing and writing, no free choice anymore. In the poem it’s the same thing. The boy gets made fun of and hurt because he was trying to be creative. No one can do their own stuff anymore.…
