SCOPE MANAGEMENT PLAN

Project Title: SPUQC WiFi-Based Indoor Positioning Navigation System
Project Start Date: May 5, 2013
Project Finish Date: October 10, 2013
Budget Information: The Company has allocated $650,000 for this project. Most costs will be from 60 hours of internal labor.

1.0 PROJECT OBJECTIVE
Our project objective is to construct a high-quality, customized campus navigation system within six months at a cost not exceeding to $650,000.

2.0 DELIVERABLES
• A fully functional Wi-Fi based navigation system
• A complete view of the university and its offices
• User-friendly directory of the whole system
• Other navigational features that are suggested by the members of the organization, if the project sponsors would approve of.
• Route provider of each building and how to get there.

3.0 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. It must meet the comprehensive building and office view
2. System must monitor all the different routes available and the distance of each route.
3. Graphics must be met according to the data or real-life based graphics
4. Different buildings should be examined for further office update
5. System must pass a stable output.

4.0 LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS
1. The system will be built to the specifications and design of the university blueprints provided by the school or school engineer.
2. The user is responsible for the input of the office or location they want to find.
3. The approximated time of the route to be taken will not be specified in this system
4. Graphics and design of the navigation system is based on the current blueprint of the university. If the university would change their current locations or buildings to be made it is not the team’s responsibility.
5. Project team will reserve the right to the contract of services.
6. The team will be responsible of the subcontracted work.
7. Work will be limited with 60
