Everyone will take the leadership role. Each week someone will be responsible for leading the team through the assignment. It is the intent of the team to rotate roles and responsibilities throughout the course so that each member has the opportunity to take a leadership role. This will be based upon timing, need, or if/when unexpected circumstances arise. Going forward, the assigned weekly leadership roles are as follows:

Our goal is to develop the skills needed to progress in the management world, which includes learning and understanding how to more efficiently work together in a team environment. We want to develop the skills to overcome team challenges.

We will evaluate our performance against the criteria established in the ground rules within this document.
How will we know we have reached our goals?
We will know we have reached our goals if we have properly adhered to set agendas, effectively communicated, efficiently resolved conflict, and have developed a team consensus on the final draft of our team projects. Our team will be more prompt when completing all assignments and allow enough time to revisit (proof read) the assignment and deliverables before their final submission.
