1. Explain briefly the role of a team leader?
Team leader is to be able to bring a group of people together to be able to complete the same task.
A team leader needs to be able to communicate effectively with the team and allow others to put forward their ideas and thoughts without being shut down.
They also allow the team to stay on track to complete the mutual goal that is required.
