The purpose of this report is to understand the role and responsibilities of a the team leader. It will identify how toAlso being able to seek feedback from the team members in the workplace, which will help identify any areas of personal improvement.

Team leaders serve many differentvarious roles in an organizationorganisation. Their job role is to provide direction leadership and guidance to their team in order to get tasks done by using all of the resources available to them, including other employees or team members. As the team leader you are the person who is responsible for the team’s actions and daily output, as well as spotting identifying pitfalls areas within the team where additional training is needed/required. A good team leader will motivate and inspire his their team, solving solve problems and empowering others to do the same. Also A team leader is accountable for ensuring company targets are met, this this could be on a weekly or monthly scale. Along with reporting to and dealing with managers and peers.
Below is a list of some important roles a team leader must oftenay take on:
Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal.
Identify any training that team members need.
Communicate clear instructions to team members.
Listen to team members' feedback.
Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they providing is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed.
