Smoking should be banned in public places. agree or not

Smoking is one of the leading killers in world innocent people shouldn't die because of it. Therefore, in my opinion, smoking in public places should be prohibited.

Firstly, cigarette smoke is very harmful to non-smokers. For years people have been smoking in public thinking “it's my body, I can do whatever I want to it” but in fact smoking not only harms the smoker, but also those around him or her. It causes more damage to their lungs from breathing it. So, people should not be allowed to smoke around other people in public.

Secondly, smoking is a cause of pollution. There is a lot of research that shows that many kinds of gases that is released by smoking and is harmful for the environment, such as carbon dioxide. Polluting the environment affect seriously human being’s health. So, smoking should be banned in public.

Thirdly, smoking in front of young people is a bad influence on them. Young people tend to copy what they observe and are the influenced by the normality of smoking around them. If anyone smoking in front of a child, the child may be think it that smoking is a good thing but it is not. The more young people are exposed to smoking the better the chance of them becoming smokers themselves. More importantly, young people can be encouraged to smoke and use other addictive drugs, which is very dangerous. Thus, smoking in public places should be prohibited immediately.

In conclusion, from three reasons mentioned above: Cigarette smoke is very harmful to non-smokers, smoking is a cause of pollution, Smoking in front of young people is a bad influence on them, I do hope that I would never again like to see people smoking in

What about the non-smoker who always has to respectfully get up and move tables every times someone lights up, or the couple that covers their nose while walking down the street to avoid the smoke traveling in front of them, And let’s not forget the children who are easily sickened and is forced to play in the sand while someone’s father is having a quick smoke on the bench at the park. Smoking should definitely be banned on the non smoker behalf. It is worse for those that work in a bar, café or a restaurant. They have no way of escaping that dirty stale cigarette smell, and it’s not…

Smoking cigarettes can cause lung problems. Both first-hand and second-hand smokers are affected by cigarette smoke. Scientific findings and researches show that the chemicals in cigarettes, apart from the smoke, can lead to health problems such as lung cancer. Smoking cigarettes should be banned in public places. In public places, more people, both young and old, can be exposed to the smoke from cigarettes. My position differs from those who might say that smoking altogether should not be banned. My position is that smoking in public places should be banned. It does not include smoking in private places like homes. Smoking in public places should be banned because it poses health risks to individuals who are non-smokers and who do not want to inhale the fumes from cigarettes. The risks are double to those who already have lung ailments.…

But should the government allow people to kill each other in order to be “free”. Our health should not be in danger if we want to be free. Also many teenagers who try cigarettes have a higher rate of violent offenses and, are more likely to be addicted to this horrendous drug. Therefore cigarettes should be prohibited from production.…

For most of my life, I 've been a second-hand smoker. My parents both smoke and though they try to keep from partaking in their bad habit around my younger sister and I, sometimes it 's unavoidable. Through the years I 've watched as their smoking has caused them yellow teeth, weight gain, irritability, and extreme coughing. There have been numerous efforts on my part to persuade them to give up their addiction, including taking all their cigarettes and refusing to give them back, as well as adding up the total amount of money they would save if they didn 't waste it on their nicotine craving. Because I have had to deal with watching their lives slowly slip away, I strongly think smoking should be banned in public places---why should people who choose to stay clear from a bad habit be forced to be around it?…
