Money provided by Japan national committee and AEON allowed UNICEF to build a safe and sustainable water reservoir high up in the mountains
The villagers have ownership of the water supply, and brings empowerment because they are responsible for construction (UNICEF provides materials of concrete and polyethylene rigging)
