Introduction:
It is really a pleasure to be associated with Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd. To know about your new Mobile Banking service and understanding the problem, I am trying to make a project “Islami Bank mCash service” to make the higher service level toward the development of quality of service.

Background and Goals:
I select this topic because I think it's a unique and very useful service of IBBL. We know that your unique system for all to take the Banking Services of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited based on Islamic Shari’ah. If you would concern about your customer such as their opinion, they have any opposition about your services or not and so on.
The goal of this report is to know about the quality of service of Islami Bank mCash service.

Proposed Plan:
Survey:
Type of research is investigative research and total Population is almost 5000 customers. The total sample size is selected 350 customers IBBL and some staffs that is not selected yet. Most of the data is collected by the primary data with a survey of close ended questions. Some secondary data is collected from different documents like Financial report, Internet and official website of IBBL.
Analysis:
To analysis the problem I make a survey with different questionnaires. Survey data will be analyzed by demographic segments, such as customer type, age, and gender Then I analysis those data with MS Excel and compare different variable with some statistical tools like Z test, standard deviation. This project is mainly evaluation based analysis. All the data are used here by the interview with survey. They people engaged here customers and some staff.

Report:
After finished the analyzing and survey you will receive a final report with key findings with recommendation. In that

    First Security Islami Bank Limited (FSIBL) was incorporated in Bangladesh on 29 August 1999as a banking company under Companies Act 1994 to carry on banking business. It obtained permission from Bangladesh Bank on 22 September 1999 to commence its business. The Bank carries banking activities through its Fifty Three (53) branches in the country.
