    reading the chapter "How Happy Are You and Why?‚” I definitely felt a strong connection with it. I can relate to a lot of things Sonja Lyubomirsky has written in this chapter. Sonja Lyubomirsky claims that happiness is determined by a person’s behaviors‚ goals and thoughts. She explains that in order to be happy you must take action because happiness doesn’t just come to you. I agree with Sonja Lyubomirsky‚ to a certain extent.
