Why do I want to be healthy? The question should be‚ why wouldn’t I? When you are healthy‚ you look and feel good. Who wouldn’t want to look as good as they feel? Personally‚ I’m already in a healthy BMI level‚ but one of my long term goals is to lower my BMI. When I used to be in the swim team my BMI was lower than it is now but now that swim season is over my BMI increased.
