People need to be informed if work plans need to be changed so that they are aware they need to change what they are doing. It also makes them feel a part in what is going on and get feedback as to whether the plans are workable. Employers are looking at employees who are flexible. It doesn’t mean doing things which you are not trained to do but being organised to help or change what you do to ensure that jobs are finished as soon as possible.
