Occupation Originators and History of the Model The Model of Human Occupation developed by Gary Kielhofner. Also known as MOHO‚ it is one of the most widely used models in the practice of OT (Kielhofner‚ 2008). The Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) was developed in the 1980s‚ which has been revised 3 times.
