Abstract—A telephone based wireless system for the remote operation of the home appliances is proposed. The telephone‚ acting as a remote controller‚ generates a DTMF signal corresponding to each dialed digit which is converted to a BCD code by the Telephone interface circuit. This is given as input to the transmitter module which is then used to control various home appliances through a receiver module. Data processing stages of the transmitter and receiver modules have been implemented

Therefore‚ we say the computer is a system. We may have systems around us even in our body. How we eat or what happens to the food we eat is a system. This is called the Digestive System. We need mouth‚ tongue‚ teeth and stomach for us to make good use of the food we eat. In explanation of this; food is put in the mouth as INPUT; the food is digested and changed into useful things that our body needs; this is called PROCESSING‚ the undigested food from the body in the form of waste passed out; this

A wireless sensor network also known as the adhoc network is used for the purpose of communication‚ where the communication system is not present especially in natural calamities like earthquakes‚ floods‚ or some army or defence purposes. The network comprises of nodes‚ which communicate with one another using wireless sensors. A wireless connection is developed amidst any two nodes‚ if the radio broadcast of every node is able to cover one another. If the transmission range is limited then a multihop
