Abstract The objective of this study was to observe and record the effects that exercise has on cardiovascular functions such as mean blood pressure‚ cardiac output‚ and total peripheral resistance by comparing each numerical function’s numerical data before and after exercise. Before exercise‚ the mean blood pressure (MPB) was 84.03 mmHg with a standard deviation of 10.3. After exercise‚ MBP was 92.19 with a standard deviation of 10.5.
